How do I know if I should sign up for life coaching or psychological services?

Life Coaching is designed to address specific areas of life through action-oriented interventions. On the other hand, therapy involves ongoing talk sessions aimed at addressing life stressors or mental health disorders, often accompanied by persistent symptoms such as anxiety.


Do you take insurance? Do you offer a sliding fee?

I am not currently affiliated with any insurance providers. However, I can provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses. Sliding fees can also be considered and discussed.


What is your theoretical framework for psychology?

My therapeutic approach centers around you and your surroundings. I strive to understand you and identify your resources and support systems to steer therapy toward practical action-oriented steps. While creating a supportive space for processing, I aim to establish realistic goals. My ultimate goal is to guide you toward a state of self-fulfillment within yourself and your environment.
